Wendell Franke has over 26 years of experience in the healthcare environment. His skills include new product development, sales management, and training of sales representatives, field managers, marketing personnel and customer service representatives.

Wendell worked for Devon Industries, Inc. for six years as Area Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Training, instructing all territory managers on Devon's products and sales processes. He is credited with establishing company direction in the areas of product, distribution, compensation and company structure.

Prior to coming to Sandel Medical Industries Wendell worked for Kendall LTP and Graphic Controls Corporation. He was a member of the Manufacturers Panel for the AORN.
