President

Steve Leatherman brings over 25 years of progressive executive management experience in the healthcare industry ranging from Fortune 500 to successful start-up ventures. 

As with many corporate executives, Mr. Leatherman’s breadth of experience encompassed several executive management rotations and departmental responsibilities both domestic and International. With over 15 years of surgical experience with a myriad of class III implantable devices and associated disposables, his background and leadership characteristics are well suited for Sandel Medical Industries moving forward. 

Prior to coming to Sandel Medical Industries, Steve served as General Manager for Microflex – a leader in the disposable industry – with Sales in excess of $100M and over 60 direct employees. 

On a personal note – Steve is an avid sports fan as well as a Harley Davidson rider!
